Description

These stuffed potatoes with stringy cheese are a delicious and easy-to-prepare comfort food. Perfect as a tasty appetizer or as a substantial side dish, the potatoes are first boiled and then hollowed out to accommodate a creamy filling made from potato pulp, cheese and flavorings. Cooking in an air fryer makes them golden and crispy on the outside, while the cheese inside melts creating an irresistible stringy heart. A simple but flavorful dish, ideal for a casual dinner or a family lunch. They are prepared in less than an hour and are an excellent alternative to get children to eat vegetables. Try them, they are a real treat!

Cut cheese

Cut 1 tomino cheese into small pieces with a cutting board and a knife.

4

Seasoned pulp

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, as needed black pepper and as needed fine salt to the potato pulp in the bowl. Mix well with a fork to mix the ingredients.

5

Prepared filling

Incorporate the diced tomino cheese into the seasoned potato pulp and mix gently until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

6

Filled potatoes

Fill the empty potatoes with the prepared filling, pressing lightly with a teaspoon.

7

Seasoned potatoes

Arrange the stuffed potatoes in the air fryer basket lined with baking paper. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and as needed breadcrumbs on the surface.
