Description

These fruity popsicles are a refreshing treat for the summer. With strawberries, mango and banana, it is not only delicious, but also vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. Preparation with the Thermomix® is quick and easy, so you can conjure up a delicious dessert for the whole family in no time. Ideal as a snack or as a light dessert.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 piece Mango
  • 1 piece Banana
  • 50 g Sugar

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare fruits

Wash, clean and, if necessary, peel the fruit. Cut large fruits such as strawberries or mangoes into small, bite-sized pieces. Place the prepared fruit in a bowl.

Purée fruits

Put the prepared fruit into the mixing bowl and purée for 15 sec/speed 8. If necessary, use the spatula to push it down from the edge and repeat the process until a homogeneous mass has formed.

Add sugar

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add the sugar to the puréed fruit in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec/speed 3 until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Fill mass into molds

Pour the fruit mixture evenly into the ice cream molds. Make sure the fruits are well distributed.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze

Insert the popsicle sticks into the center of the molds. Place the filled ice cream molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until the ice cream is completely frozen.

Release ice cream

To release the ice cream from the molds, briefly hold the molds under warm water or let them thaw for a few minutes. Carefully pull out the ice cream and serve immediately.
