Diese knusprigen Chicken Bites sind ein absoluter Hit für jede Party oder als schneller Snack zwischendurch! Ich mache sie immer wieder gerne, weil sie so einfach zuzubereiten sind und super lecker schmecken. Das Geheimnis liegt in der Panko-Panade, die für eine extra knusprige Textur sorgt. Die Hähnchenstücke werden zuerst in einer würzigen Mehlmischung gewendet, dann in Ei getaucht und schließlich mit Panko-Bröseln paniert. Anschließend werden sie in der Heißluftfritteuse goldbraun gebacken. Serviert mit Ketchup sind sie einfach unwiderstehlich! Perfekt für Groß und Klein.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

50 g flour
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp smoked paprika
1.5 piece eggs
120 g panko breadcrumbs
3 piece chicken breasts
ketchup

Preparation (4 steps)

Flour mixture preparation

Thermomix® Setting

10 sec/Speed 4

Add the flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4 to combine the ingredients.

Chicken preparation

Cut the chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces. Place the flour mixture on a plate. Beat the eggs on another plate and place the breadcrumbs on a third plate.

Coating the chicken

Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mix, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs. Set aside on a tray.

Air frying the chicken

Heat the air fryer to 200°C. Cook the chicken nuggets in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches) for 10-12 mins until cooked through and golden brown. Serve with ketchup, if you like.
