Description

This Thermomix® recipe for Gnocchi with Fennel and Tomato Sauce is a quick and easy main course of Italian cuisine. In addition to gnocchi, fennel, olive oil and the Tuscany tomato sauce form the basis for this vegetarian dish, which can optionally be supplemented with salmon fillet. In just 25 minutes of preparation time, 4 servings are created. Ideal for light cuisine and an uncomplicated family meal.

  • 75 ml Olive oil
  • 550 ml Tomato Sauce Tuscany
  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 4 Stück Salmon fillet without skin

Sauté fennel

Add 550 ml tomato sauce and 500 g gnocchi to the mixing bowl and simmer for 5 minutes / 100°C / level 1 / reverse.

Fry halibut

Fry 4 halibut fillets without skin in a pan on both sides for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly pink.

Arrange gnocchi with sauce and halibut.
