Quick and easy gnocchi dish with fennel and tomato sauce.
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 Stück Fennel

75 ml Olive oil
-
550 ml Tomato sauce Tuscany

500 g Gnocchi
-
4 Stück Salmon fillet without skin
Preparation (4 steps)
Sauté fennel
Cut 4 fennel into strips and sauté in 75 ml olive oil in the mixing bowl for 7 minutes / Varoma / level 1 / reverse rotation.
Add sauce and gnocchi
Add 550 ml tomato sauce and 500 g gnocchi to the mixing bowl and simmer for 5 minutes / 100°C / level 1 / reverse rotation.
Fry halibut
Fry 4 halibut fillets without skin in a pan on both sides for 3-4 minutes each, until they are light pink.
Arrange
Arrange gnocchi with sauce and halibut.
