300 g Flour
10 g Baking powder
Salt
75 g Powdered sugar
100 g Butter
2 Stück Eggs
0.5 l Milk

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix flour and baking powder

Add 300 g flour and 10 g baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 4.

Form a well and add ingredients

Form a well in the flour mixture. Add salt, 75 g powdered sugar, 100 g melted butter and 2 eggs to the well.

Prepare dough

30 sec/Speed 4

Gradually add 0.5 l milk and stir for 30 sec./level 4.

Let the dough rest

Let the dough rest for 1 hour.

Bake waffles

Use the folding stand so that your OptiGrill is horizontal. Place the waffle plates in your OptiGrill. Turn on the grill. Press on. Select the red setting and press (OK). As soon as the red LED stops flashing, fill the dough with the provided scoop. Bake for 2 min. Repeat the process until the dough is used up.
