Description

This hearty pointed cabbage minced meat pot from the Thermomix® is a quick and inexpensive main course for student cuisine. With pointed cabbage, ground beef and sour cream, a one-pot dish is created that is prepared in just 30 minutes. The recipe is ideal for anyone looking for a simple and satisfying meal. It is enough for 4 servings. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika powder.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 800 g Pointed cabbage
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg
  • 2 TL Sweet paprika powder
  • 4 EL Sour cream
  • Parsley

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare pointed cabbage

Halve the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Sauté minced meat

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the ground beef in it until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika powder.

Add pointed cabbage

Add the sliced pointed cabbage to the sautéed ground beef in the pan and sauté for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is lightly browned and still has some bite. Stir occasionally.

Season and serve

Stir the sour cream into the pointed cabbage and minced meat pan and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
