Description

This hearty pointed cabbage and ground meat pot from the Thermomix® is a quick and inexpensive main course for student cuisine. With pointed cabbage, ground beef and a few spices, a one-pot dish is created that is ideal for the end of the day. Prepared in just 30 minutes, this recipe yields 4 servings. Suitable for anyone looking for an uncomplicated and filling meal.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 800 g Pointed cabbage
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg
  • 2 TL Sweet paprika powder
  • 4 EL Sour cream
  • Parsley

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare pointed cabbage

Halve the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Fry ground meat

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the ground beef in it until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika powder.

Add pointed cabbage

Add the chopped pointed cabbage to the fried ground meat in the pan and fry for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is lightly browned and still has some bite. Stir occasionally.

Season and Serve

Stir the sour cream into the pointed cabbage and ground meat pan and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
