Description

150 g chickpeas
2 piece potatoes
3 piece carrot
1 puñado beans
1 piece Chicken breast
1 piece Water

Preparation of ingredients

Place 150 g of previously soaked chickpeas in the Thermomix bowl. Add 2 peeled potatoes cut into large pieces, 3 peeled carrots cut into slices, and 1 handful of cleaned and chopped green beans. Also incorporate a whole chicken breast.

Cooking of the stew

90 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Cover the ingredients with water up to the maximum mark on the bowl. Program the Thermomix to cook for 90 minutes at a temperature of 100°C and speed 1. Make sure the water is boiling before adding the chickpeas.
