Description

This is a dish that I often prepare when I want something light and tasty. The haddock fillets, cooked with green and black olives, are flavored with white wine and garlic, creating a delicious sauce. The preparation is really quick, perfect for a midweek dinner. The aroma of olives and fresh parsley makes this dish irresistible. Serve it with a side of fresh vegetables for a complete and balanced meal. An excellent alternative for those looking for a simple but flavorful fish dish.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 300 g plaice fillets
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 piece pitted green olives
  • 5 piece pitted black olives
  • 100 ml white wine
  • fine salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • chopped parsley

Insert a clove of garlic into the bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 7. Add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Adding the olives

Add 5 pitted green olives and 5 pitted black olives cut into slices to the bowl. Cook for 2 Min./120°C/Stufe 1 to flavor the olives.

Cooking the fish

Gently place 300 g of plaice fillets in the bowl on top of the olives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 100 ml of white wine. Cook for 5 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Serve

Serve the haddock fillets with olive aroma immediately, recovering the cooking sauce and garnishing with chopped parsley to taste.
