Description

This chicken-vegetable-curry-stew with processed cheese is a hearty and warming dish that is quick and easy to prepare. With chicken breast, leek, mushrooms, peppers and a creamy processed cheese sauce, it is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.   • 1 kg Chicken breast
  • 2 Stange/n Leek
  • 600 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Stück Pepper(s), red
  • 2 m.-große Onion(s)
  • 1 Becher Cream processed cheese
  • 1 Becher Herb processed cheese
  • 1 Liter Poultry broth
  • 150 ml Whipping cream
  • 50 ml Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 TL Curry paste, red
  • 3 EL, gehäuft Flour
  • 2 EL, gehäuft Curry powder
  • 3 EL, gehäuft Parsley, dried
  • 50 g Margarine or Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Preparation (9 steps)

Prepare vegetables

Clean the leek and cut into rings. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Core the peppers and cut into pieces. Peel and quarter the onions.

Chop onions

Put the onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Push down with the spatula.

Add margarine or butter to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add and sauté vegetables

Add leek, mushrooms and peppers to the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./120°C/level 1.

Fry chicken breast

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast in it until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare sauce

Add flour and curry powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.

Add broth and remaining ingredients

Add poultry broth, cream processed cheese, herb processed cheese, whipping cream, teriyaki sauce and curry paste to the mixing bowl. Cook for 15 min./100°C/level 2.

Add chicken and mix

Add the fried chicken breast to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./reverse/level 1.
