Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 500 g Leek
  • 20 ml Oil
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml White wine, dry
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 400 g White beans (drained weight)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 0.125 tsp Nutmeg, grated

Chop onions

Peel and halve the onions and place them in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Prepare leek

Clean the leek, halve it lengthwise, wash it thoroughly and cut it into rings.

Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces. Fry the meat in a separate pan with a little oil until it has taken on color. Then set aside.
