This chicken and vegetable stew is a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for a chilly evening. I've been making this recipe for years, and it's always a hit with my family. The combination of tender chicken, hearty potatoes, and flavorful vegetables creates a satisfying and wholesome meal. It's incredibly easy to prepare, especially with the help of the Thermomix®. 500 ml chicken stock

4 tbsp vegetable gravy
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare the vegetables
Cut the leek, carrot, and onion into smaller pieces. Place them into the mixing bowl.
Chop the vegetables
Chop the leek, carrot, and onion for 5 Sec. / Level 5.
Add remaining ingredients
Add the new potatoes, skinless and boneless chicken, chicken stock, and vegetable gravy to the mixing bowl.
Cook the casserole
Cook the casserole for 4 hours / 100°C / Level 1 / Linkslauf.
Season and serve
Season well with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
