Description

This hearty potato casserole with ground meat and feta is a filling main course for the whole family. The combination of potatoes, ground meat, tomatoes and feta makes this casserole a true taste experience. Preparation in the Thermomix® makes preparation easier and saves time. The casserole is easy to prepare and is perfect for a cozy dinner.

Prepare potatoes

Peel 800 g potatoes, put in a pot and cover with cold water. Add salt, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Then let cool briefly and cut into slices.

Chop onion

Put 1 red onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Push down with the spatula.

Fry ground meat

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry 500 g ground beef vigorously. Add the chopped onion and fry briefly.

Prepare cream cheese cream

20 sec/Speed 3

Put 100 g cream cheese, 100 g crème fraîche and 3 eggs in the mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add 1 tbsp chopped parsley and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.

Layer casserole

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Grease a casserole dish and layer the casserole as follows: potatoes, 400 g tomatoes in slices, ground meat. Cover everything with the cream cheese cream.
