Description

These hearty potato and mushroom pans are an ideal finger food for parties or a hearty snack. The combination of potatoes, mushrooms, salami and cheese makes them a delicious dish for every occasion. The preparation is simple and takes about 45 minutes. The recipe is designed for 4 servings and is suitable as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 250 g small Button mushrooms
  • 3 Stück Spring onions
  • 200 g Salami in one piece
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese

Prepare potatoes

Thermomix® Setting

Wash 500 g potatoes thoroughly and place in the steamer basket. Add 1 liter of water to the mixing bowl, insert the steamer basket and cook for 20 min./Varoma/speed 1.

Prepare Button mushrooms

Clean 250 g small button mushrooms and halve them. Set aside.

Prepare Spring onions

Clean 3 spring onions, wash and cut into rings. Set aside.

Prepare Salami

Cut 200 g salami in one piece into cubes. Set aside.

Prepare Mozzarella

Drain 250 g mozzarella and cut into slices. Set aside.

Cut potatoes

Rinse the cooked potatoes under cold water, peel them and cut them into slices. Set aside.

Cover pans

Place a few potato slices, mushrooms, salami and spring onions in each pan. Top with mozzarella.

Bake

Bake the topped pans under the hot raclette grill for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
