Description
Hearty potato pans with mushrooms, salami and mozzarella cheese. Perfect for parties or as a snack.
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

500 g Potatoes

250 g Mushrooms, small
-
3 Stück Spring onions

200 g Salami in one piece

250 g Mozzarella cheese
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare potatoes
Put 500 g potatoes in the steaming basket. Fill 1000 ml water into the mixing bowl, insert the steaming basket and cook for 20 min./Varoma/speed 1.
Peel and cut potatoes
Rinse the cooked potatoes under cold water, peel and cut into slices. Set potato slices aside.
Prepare mushrooms
Clean 250 g mushrooms and halve them. Set halved mushrooms aside.
Prepare spring onions
Clean 3 spring onions, wash and cut into rings. Set spring onion rings aside.
Prepare salami
Cut 200 g salami into cubes. Set salami cubes aside.
Prepare mozzarella
Drain 250 g mozzarella and cut into slices. Set mozzarella slices aside.
Fill and bake pans
Put some potato slices, mushrooms, salami and spring onions in each pan. Top with mozzarella. Bake under the hot raclette grill for about 5 minutes.
