Description

This hearty Savoy cabbage potato stew is a savory and filling dish that is perfect for cold days. With the Thermomix® preparation is quick and easy. The stew is vegetarian and is ideal as a main course for two people. The combination of Savoy cabbage and potatoes makes it a nutritious and inexpensive meal.

  • 0.5 Stück Savoy cabbage
  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 250 g Potatoes

Add 2 onions to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula.

Leave the chopped onions in the mixing bowl. Add 20g oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare Savoy cabbage and potatoes

Clean the Savoy cabbage (approx. 500g) and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes (250g).

Add Savoy cabbage and potatoes

Add the prepared Savoy cabbage and potatoes to the onions in the mixing bowl. Add 300ml vegetable stock.

Cook stew

20 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Close the lid and cook the stew for 20 min./100°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Season and serve

Season the stew with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add a little more vegetable stock if necessary. Serve the stew hot.
