Description

This Thermomix® recipe for hearty minced meat variations is a hearty main course with minced meat, onions, garlic and strained tomatoes. Preparation takes about 45 minutes and yields 4 servings. Ideal for a quick and inexpensive meal that the whole family will enjoy. Perfect for lovers of hearty meat dishes.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 20 g Oil
  • 400 g Strained tomatoes
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 TL Pepper
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • 1 TL Oregano

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Put 1 peeled and quartered onion and 2 cloves of garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Sauté onions and garlic

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 20g oil to the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Fry the minced meat

Fry 500g minced meat in a separate pan with a little oil until it is crumbly.

Add minced meat and remaining ingredients

Add the fried minced meat, 400g strained tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika powder and 1 tsp oregano to the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl.

Let it simmer

15 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Simmer everything for 15 min./100°C/Reverse rotation level 1. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Season and serve

Season the minced meat dish with salt and pepper and serve garnished with fresh herbs as desired.
