Description

These raspberry drops are a delicious pastry that is especially suitable for the Christmas season. The dough is prepared with flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk and a dash of raspberry liqueur and cooled overnight. After cutting out, the cookies are baked and filled with raspberry jam. Finally, they are decorated with a glaze of powdered sugar and raspberry juice. The preparation time is about 24 hours and 20 minutes, with the cooling time accounting for most of it.

300 g Flour
200 g Butter
80 g Sugar
2 Stück Egg yolk
Raspberry liqueur

Knead dough

Put flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk and raspberry liqueur in the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.

Chill dough

Wrap the dough in cling film and chill in the refrigerator overnight (approx. 24 hours).

Cut out drops

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out on a floured work surface. Cut out cookies with a drop cutter and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
