Description

I love enjoying a refreshing drink on warm summer evenings. This Raspberry Citrus Gin Tonic is simply perfect for that! The fruity sweetness of the raspberries harmonizes wonderfully with the sparkling lemon and the tart gin. The Tonic Water provides the sparkling refreshment. The preparation in the Thermomix® is super easy and fast, so you have more time to enjoy the drink. A great drink for parties, after work or just in between. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a shot of sugar syrup.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 Glas Ice cubes
3 Raspberries
1 Organic lemon
4 cl Gin
120 ml Wild Berry Tonic Water

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare lemon

Wash the organic lemon with hot water and cut into pieces. The lemon does not need to be peeled.

Chop lemon and raspberries

Thermomix® Setting

5 sec/Speed 8

Put the lemon pieces and raspberries into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 8. If necessary, scrape down the edge with the spatula and repeat the process.
