Description

These meatballs in tomato sauce with oregano are a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for a family meal. The recipe is simple and prepared quickly with the Thermomix®. Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 ramitas fresh chopped parsley
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 knife tip cinnamon
  • 3 slice stale bread
  • 1 chorro milk
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 400 ml fried tomato
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation (10 steps)

Prepare the soaked bread

Place the 3 slices of stale bread in a bowl and add a splash of milk. Let it soak while the other ingredients are prepared.

Mix the meatball ingredients

Add to the bowl 250 g of minced meat, 1 clove of garlic, 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 knife tip of cinnamon.

Add the egg and soaked bread

Add 1 egg to the bowl. Drain the stale bread well from the milk and add it to the bowl.

Knead the meatball dough

Knead all the ingredients 2 Min./Speed Spike until they are well integrated.

Form the meatballs

With the dough, form walnut-sized balls. Pass each meatball through 1/2 cup of flour, removing the excess.

Brown the meatballs

In a frying pan with hot oil, brown the meatballs over high heat. Set aside on a plate with kitchen paper.

Prepare the tomato sauce

Add to the bowl 400 ml of fried tomato, 3 tbsp of milk, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of oregano and 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper.

Cook the sauce

Add the meatballs to the sauce

Add the browned meatballs to the bowl with the tomato sauce. Program 5 Min./100°C/Reverse Turn/Speed Spoon.
