Description
With the Thermomix®, you can make an aromatic, vegan pasta spice mix in just 5 minutes. The base consists of dried tomatoes, onion and garlic granules, and Mediterranean herbs such as basil, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. Ideal for those who want to refine their pasta dishes with a homemade, gluten-free spice mix and create a small supply. This spice mix is a great addition to light Italian cuisine.

0.5 TL black pepper, freshly ground

Preparation (2 steps)
Chop spices
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and chop for 15 sec/speed 10.
Mix spice mix
Mix the chopped spices for 10 sec/speed 3.
