Description

The key is the yeast and the rest, which give the dough that perfect texture. You can use common or strong flour, according to your preference. Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 400 gr flour
  • 1 packet powdered yeast
  • 2 cucharadas oil
  • 1 cucharaditas salt
  • 1 cucharada seeds
  • 200 ml warm water

Mix dry ingredients

Place the mixing attachment in the Thermomix bowl. Add 400 g of flour, 1 sachet of powdered yeast, 1 tablespoon of seeds and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix for 10 seconds/Speed 1.

Add liquid ingredients and knead

With the Thermomix running at Speed 1, gradually add 200 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Knead for 5 minutes/Speed 1.

Adjust the consistency of the dough

If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour (1 tablespoon at a time) and knead 1 minute/Speed 1. If it is too dry, add a little more warm water (1 teaspoon at a time) and knead 1 minute/Speed 1.

Dough rest

Remove the dough from the Thermomix bowl and place it in a bowl. Cover with cling film and let it rest for at least 1 hour in a warm place.

Preheat the oven and shape the pizza

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts and stretch each part to form a pizza. Place the dough on a baking tray.

Bake the pizza

Add the desired ingredients to the pizza. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C with bottom heat and fan. Watch the baking, as the time may vary depending on the oven.
