Description

This homemade pizza with ham and mozzarella is a classic that never fails. The dough, prepared in the Thermomix®, is soft and fluffy, while the filling, with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham and olives, is simply delicious. Perfect for an informal dinner with friends or for a birthday. The preparation is simple and quick, ideal for those who are starting out in the kitchen. Go ahead and prepare it and enjoy a homemade pizza with all the flavor!

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 g pressed yeast
  • 5 g dehydrated yeast
  • 125 tsp water at room temperature
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cucharita oil
  • 150 tsp tomato sauce
  • 150 g grated mozzarella cheese or in slices
  • 9 piece green or black olives or both
  • 1 cucharada oregano
  • 150 g cooked ham

Preparation of the dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add to the bowl 250g of flour, 15g of pressed yeast or 5g of dehydrated yeast, 125cc of water at room temperature, 1 pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil. Knead for 2 Min./Knetstufe.

Resting the dough

Remove the dough from the bowl, form a ball and let it rest in a warm place for at least 1 hour, or until it doubles in volume.

Pre-baking the dough

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking tray. Bake for 5 Min./200°C without browning.

Add the tomato sauce

Spread 150cc of tomato sauce over the pre-baked dough, leaving ½ cm free on the edge.

Add the mozzarella cheese

Cover the tomato sauce with 150g of grated mozzarella cheese or in slices, reaching ½ cm from the edge.

Add the ham

Add 150g of cooked ham over the mozzarella cheese and spread a little more cheese on top.

Add the olives and oregano

Place 9 green or black olives (or both) on the pizza, one per portion and one in the center. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oregano on top.

Bake the pizza

Bake the pizza again for 1 Min./200°C. Serve on a wooden base and cut into eight portions.
