  • Garlic
  • Spices
  • Green bean
  • White bean
  • 0.5 piece Grated tomato
  • 1 l Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 150 gr Rice
  • 3 cdas Tomato sauce

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare the sofrito

Add 2 cloves of garlic to the Thermomix bowl and crush for 3 seconds at speed 7. Add 50 ml of olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C at speed 1.

Add the chicken and vegetables

5 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add the chicken legs, green beans and white beans to the Thermomix bowl. Sauté for 5 minutes at 120°C at speed 1.

Incorporate the tomato and spices

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the grated tomato and tomato sauce to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 3 minutes at 100°C at speed 1. Add parsley, bay leaf, saffron, food coloring and salt. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 3.

Add the broth and rice

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/212°F/Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the chicken or vegetable broth to the Thermomix bowl. Program 10 minutes at 100°C at speed 1. Add the rice and cook for 15 minutes at 100°C at speed 1 with reverse rotation.

Rest and serve

Let the paella rest inside the covered Thermomix for 5 minutes before serving.
