Description

This creamy lasagne from the Thermomix® is a hearty casserole with minced meat, tomatoes and fresh herbs. Onions, garlic and parsley form the aromatic basis for the Italian main course. The preparation takes about 75 minutes and yields 4 servings. Ideal as a family meal or for a party, especially in the cold season.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 1 Bund smooth Parsley
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 500 g mixed minced Meat
  • 1 EL Oregano
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 800 g Peeled tomatoes (canned)
  • 12 Stück Lasagne sheets
  • 150 g grated Cheese
  • 30 g Butter
  • 25 g Flour
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 1 Prise Nutmeg

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onions, garlic and parsley

Put 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Add 1 bunch of smooth parsley and chop for 3 sec./level 8. Remove the mixture from the mixing bowl and set aside.

Fry minced meat

Fry 500 g of mixed minced meat in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare Bolognese

Add the chopped onions and garlic to the fried minced meat and sauté briefly. Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add 800 g peeled tomatoes from the can, 1 tbsp of oregano and the chopped parsley and simmer everything covered for 30 minutes.

Prepare béchamel sauce

Put 30 g butter into the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./50°C/level 1. Add 25 g flour and stir for 1 min./90°C/level 2. Slowly add 500 ml milk through the lid opening and simmer for 5 min./90°C/level 3 until a creamy sauce is formed. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Layer and bake lasagne

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Layer the lasagne in a casserole dish as follows: Bolognese, then alternately lasagne sheets (12 pieces), Bolognese and béchamel sauce. End with the sauce. Then sprinkle with 150 g grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
