Description

These ice flowers are a delicious pastry, ideal for the Christmas season. The shortcrust pastry is prepared in the Thermomix® and filled with Nutella. After a short cooling time, the cookies are baked in the oven. Preparation takes only 10 minutes, perfect for a quick and easy treat.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 300 g plain flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g coconut fat
  • vanilla sugar
  • lemon zest
  • 200 g butter
  • Nutella

Prepare shortcrust pastry

Thermomix® Setting

Put 300 g plain flour, 100 g sugar, 50 g coconut fat, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and 200 g butter into the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./knead setting.

Chill the dough

Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Bake ice flowers

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Roll out the dough and cover with filling (Nutella). Shape the ice flowers and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes.
