Description

This Greek pasta salad is a refreshing and filling dish, ideal for parties or as a main course. With colorful peppers, spring onions, meat salad and pineapple, it offers a diverse combination of flavors. Preparation is quick and easy, perfect for the summer season. The salad can be prepared well in advance and is therefore ideal for pre-cooking.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 Pak Greek pasta
  • 1 Stück Pepper mix (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 Bund Spring onions
  • 500 g Meat salad
  • 1 Dose Salad Herbs Seasoning
  • 2 Tüten Salatkrönung Kräuter

Preparation (7 steps)

Cook pasta

Cook the Greek pasta in a saucepan according to the package instructions. Then pour into a sieve and rinse under cold water.

Prepare salad seasoning

Put the cooled pasta in the mixing bowl. Add 1 bag of Salad Herbs Seasoning and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Let the pasta steep

Transfer the pasta to a bowl and let it steep in the refrigerator for a day.

Prepare vegetables

Clean 1 pepper mix (red, yellow, green) and 1 bunch of spring onions and cut into small pieces.

Complete salad

Add the chopped peppers and spring onions, as well as 1 cup of meat salad (500 g) to the pasta in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 3.

Add pineapple

20 sec/Speed 3

Add the remaining 1 bag of Salad Herbs Seasoning, 1 can of pineapple (cut into small pieces) and the pineapple juice to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Season and serve

Stir the salad well and serve.
