Summery Mixed Salad with Anchovies

This mixed salad is a real classic for warm days! With fresh head lettuce, crisp cucumber, juicy tomatoes and aromatic onions, it is wonderfully refreshing. The stuffed olives, hard-boiled eggs and anchovy fillets give the salad a special touch. The recipe is super easy and quick to prepare, ideal for a light lunch or as a side dish for grilling. Ingredients (12 ingredients)

• 1 piece Head lettuce
• 1 piece Cucumber, sliced
• 250 g Tomatoes, sliced
• 2 piece Onions, sliced
• 12 piece Olives, green, stuffed
• 2 piece Eggs, hard boiled, roughly chopped
• 8 piece Anchovy fillets, soaked, halved
• to taste Salt
• to taste Pepper, black, from the mill
• 1 Msp. Paprika powder, sweet
• 3 tbsp Vinegar
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
