Description

This chocolate fondant is a real treat for lovers of intense chocolate. I often prepare it for dinners with friends or for a small family treat. Its melting texture and rich chocolate taste make it an irresistible dessert. The recipe is simple and quick to make with the Thermomix®, which is perfect for evenings when you have little time. Accompanied by a few fresh red fruits, it is a dessert that always has its effect. Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar to your personal preferences. A real treat!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 30 g of flour
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 1 c. à c. of baking powder
  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 3 c. à s. of powdered sugar
  • 150 g of butter
  • 3 piece eggs

Preparation of eggs and sugar

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Speed 4

Preheat the oven to 180/200°C. In the Thermomix, add the 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Mix for 3 Min./Stufe 4 without temperature until a frothy and light mixture is obtained.

Melt the chocolate and butter

Thermomix® Setting
4 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Cut the 200 g of chocolate into pieces and place them in the Thermomix with the 150 g of butter. Melt everything for 4 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Incorporation of ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture to the egg/sugar mixture in the Thermomix. Mix gently for 30 Sek./Stufe 3 without temperature. Then add the 30 g of flour and 1 teaspoon of sifted baking powder. Mix again for 20 Sek./Stufe 3 without temperature.

Baking in the oven

Pour the preparation into a buttered mold. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, monitoring the cooking. The center should remain slightly melting.
