Description
These spinach rolls with cream cheese and chicken breast are a quick and easy finger food dish, prepared in the Thermomix®. Frozen spinach, eggs, and Parmesan form the basis for the rolls, filled with sheep's cheese, cream cheese, and sliced chicken breast. In just 30 minutes, 3 portions of this protein-rich main course are created. Ideal for light cuisine or as a snack in between. The preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 15 minutes.

200 g Frozen spinach

30 g Parmesan

50 g Sheep's cheese

200 g Granulated cream cheese

200 g Sliced chicken breast
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare
Let 200 g frozen spinach thaw and squeeze out the liquid well.
Prepare spinach mixture
Put the squeezed spinach, 5 eggs, 30 g Parmesan, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper into the mixing bowl and puree for 15 seconds/speed 5.
Bake
Spread the spinach mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and crumble 50 g of sheep's cheese over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C convection for approx. 15 minutes.
Let cool
Remove the spinach slab from the oven, turn it onto a piece of baking paper and let it cool completely.
Fill and roll
Spread 200 g of granulated cream cheese on the cooled spinach slab and spread 200 g of sliced chicken breast on top. Roll up the slab and cut into slices.
