Description

These spinach rolls with cream cheese and chicken breast are a quick and easy finger food dish, prepared in the Thermomix®. Frozen spinach, eggs and Parmesan form the basis for the rolls, filled with sheep's cheese, cream cheese and sliced chicken breast. In just 30 minutes, 3 servings of this protein-rich snack are created. Ideal as a light main course or for after a workout. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 15 minutes.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 200 g Frozen spinach
  • 5 Stück Eggs
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 50 g Sheep's cheese
  • 200 g Grainy cream cheese
  • 200 g Sliced chicken breast

Prepare

Let 200 g of frozen spinach thaw and squeeze out the liquid well.

Prepare spinach mixture

Put the squeezed spinach, 5 eggs, 30 g Parmesan, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper into the mixing bowl and puree for 15 seconds/speed 5.

Baking

Spread the spinach mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and crumble 50 g of sheep's cheese over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C convection for approx. 15 minutes.

Let cool

Remove the spinach slab from the oven, turn it over onto a piece of baking paper and let it cool completely.

Fill and roll

Spread the cooled spinach slab with 200 g of grainy cream cheese and spread 200 g of sliced chicken breast on top. Roll up the slab and cut into slices.
