Description

This simple spaghetti dish is perfect for a quick hunger! With few ingredients you can conjure up a creamy meal in no time. The combination of crispy bacon, fresh eggs and spicy Parmesan makes this pasta a real classic. I often make this version when I need to be quick and everyone is always thrilled. The preparation in the Thermomix® is super easy and is guaranteed to succeed. Ideal for students or anyone who has little time to cook. If you like, you can sprinkle some fresh parsley over it.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 150 g Diced ham
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 3 piece Egg yolk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated

Preparation (4 steps)

Sauté bacon

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Add 1 tbsp of oil and 150 g of diced ham or bacon cubes to the mixing bowl and sauté for 5 min./Varoma/speed 1 without the measuring cup.

Cook spaghetti

Meanwhile, cook 200 g of spaghetti according to package directions in a separate pot. Then drain and set aside briefly.

Prepare egg-Parmesan mixture

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 3 egg yolks, 100 ml cream and 50 g freshly grated Parmesan to the mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix for 20 sec./speed 3.

Mix spaghetti and bacon

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 2 Reverse

Add the cooked, drained spaghetti and the fried bacon cubes to the mixing bowl and fold in for 10 sec./speed 2/reverse. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
