Ingredients (14 ingredients)

  • 300 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti
  • 1 Kopf Broccoli
  • 1 große Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 1 EL Olive Oil
  • 400 g Ground Beef
  • 2 EL Tomato Paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 EL Chopped Mixed Herbs - Frozen
  • 2 EL Grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation (9 steps)

Cook Pasta

Cook 300 g of whole wheat spaghetti according to package directions in a separate pot. In the meantime, continue with the next steps.

Prepare Broccoli

Divide 1 head of broccoli into florets and cook in a separate pot with salted water for 3 minutes. Then rinse with cold water.

Prepare Tomato

Cut 1 large tomato into small cubes and set aside.

Chop Onion and Garlic

Place 1 peeled onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add 1 clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the side.

Sauté Onion and Garlic

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Brown Ground Beef

Brown 400 g of ground beef in a separate pan with some olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare Ground Beef Sauce

Add the browned ground beef, 2 tbsp of tomato paste, 200 ml of vegetable broth, 100 ml of cream and 1 tbsp of chopped mixed herbs (frozen) to the mixing bowl. Cook for 5 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add Broccoli and Tomatoes

Add the cooked broccoli and diced tomato to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 min./90°C/Reverse speed 1.

Serve

Mix the ground beef and broccoli sauce with the whole wheat spaghetti and serve with 2 tbsp of grated Parmesan.
