Description

The Asia stir-fry with steak & vegetables is a hearty main course from the Thermomix® with rump steak, Mie noodles, ginger and chili. The recipe from the rice or pasta salad category is spicy and warms you from the inside. In 45 minutes, a satisfying meal for 4 people is created. Ideal for anyone looking for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients (22 ingredients)

  • 250 g Mie noodles
  • 1 EL Sesame oil
  • 3 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 1 Stück Green chili pepper
  • 300 g Rump steak
  • 0.25 TL Cinnamon
  • 0.25 TL Clove
  • 0.25 TL Anise
  • 0.25 TL Fennel
  • 4 EL Vegetable oil
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Stück Red bell peppers
  • 250 g Savoy cabbage or Chinese cabbage
  • 1 Stück Spring onion
  • 100 g Sugar snap peas
  • 150 g Mini corn cobs (glass)
  • 3 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 EL Lime juice
  • 2 EL Lime juice (optional)
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper

Preparation (6 steps)

Cook noodles

Cook Mie noodles according to package directions.

Marinate steak

Chop garlic and ginger for 3 sec./speed 7. Finely dice chili pepper. Cut steak into strips. Mix 2 tbsp vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, chili, cinnamon, clove, anise and fennel with the steak strips and marinate for 20 minutes.

Sear steak

Sear the steak in a separate pan with 1 tbsp hot oil in portions and remove.

Prepare vegetables

Chop onion for 3 sec./speed 5. Cut peppers and cabbage into strips. Cut spring onion into rings. Halve sugar snap peas. Drain corn cobs.

Sauté vegetables

3 min/248°F/Speed 1, dann 5 min/248°F/Linkslauf/Gentle stir speed 248°F Reverse

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the mixing bowl for 3 min./120°C/speed 1. Add onion and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1. Add remaining vegetables (peppers, cabbage, spring onion, sugar snap peas, corn cobs) and sauté for 5 min./120°C/reverse/gentle stir setting.

Add drained noodles, soy sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Add steak and mix everything together for 2 min./100°C/reverse/gentle stir setting. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
