Description
This crispy chicken with spices is a simple and tasty dish, perfect for a quick family meal. I love preparing this recipe because it is very adaptable: you can vary the spices according to your tastes! The breadcrumbs bring an irresistible crispness, while the paprika and curry give a warm and fragrant flavor. The chicken thighs remain tender and juicy inside. It's an ideal recipe for a relaxed dinner or a Sunday brunch. In addition, it is very easy to make with the Thermomix®, which makes it even more convenient. A real treat for the taste buds!

100 g Breadcrumbs

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Curry

4 piece Chicken thighs
Preparation (3 steps)
Spice preparation
In the Thermomix bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, paprika and curry. Mix 10 Sec./Level 5 to properly homogenize the mixture.
Coating the chicken
Roll the 4 chicken thighs in the spice and breadcrumb mixture to coat them well.
Cooking the chicken
Place the coated chicken thighs in the Varoma. Fill the Thermomix bowl with 500 ml of water. Steam for 20 Min./Varoma/Level 1.
