Description

This lettuce with yoghurt dressing is a light and refreshing dish, ideal for the summer. The creamy dressing is prepared in the Thermomix® and served with pan-fried chicken breast fillet. The preparation takes only 20 minutes and is perfect as a starter or light main course. The recipe is rich in protein and is good for a balanced diet.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 0.25 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 1 EL Lemon juice
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 0.5 Stück Lettuce
  • 150 g Chicken breast fillet

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Put 1/4 onion and 1 clove of garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare dressing

Add 150g yoghurt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard, salt and pepper to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and stir for 15 sec./speed 3.

Prepare meat (external)

Cut 150g chicken breast fillet into bite-sized pieces. Fry the meat in a separate pan with a little oil until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange salad

Wash, spin dry and tear 1/2 lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Put the lettuce in a bowl, pour the yoghurt dressing over it and mix gently. Distribute the fried chicken breast fillet on the salad.
