Description

This Bundt cake is a classic cake that is ideal for festive occasions such as Christmas. Refined with cocoa, it offers a chocolatey taste experience. Preparation takes about 60 minutes and the level of difficulty is medium. Perfect for coffee parties or as a dessert.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 310 g Sugar
  • 190 g white sugar
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 6 Stück Eggs
  • 120 g Butter, melted and cooled
  • 120 ml neutral oil
  • 500 g Flour Type 550
  • 60 g Baking cocoa
  • 350 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 2 TL Baking soda
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation (6 steps)

Beat eggs and sugar

Add 6 eggs and 300-320 g sugar to the mixing bowl and beat for 5 min./speed 4 until frothy.

Stir in butter and oil

Slowly stir 120 g melted and cooled butter into the mixing bowl. Then add 120 ml neutral oil and mix for 1 min./speed 3.

Mix and fold in dry ingredients

Mix, sift and add 500 g flour type 550, 60 g baking cocoa and 2 tsp baking soda to the mixing bowl. Briefly fold in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Stir in sour cream

Slowly stir 350 g sour cream or sour cream into the mixing bowl. 30 sec./speed 3.

Bake dough

Pour the batter into a well-greased Bundt cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 55-60 minutes.

Cool and dust

Let the Bundt cake cool and dust with powdered sugar.
