Description

This vegetarian lasagna from the Thermomix® is a hearty main course with onions, garlic, fresh vegetables, tomatoes, and herbs. This Italian casserole is vegetarian and ideal for a family dinner. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 60 minutes, with an active working time of about 30 minutes. The recipe is designed for 4 servings.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 600 g Vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 800 g Peeled tomatoes
  • 2 EL Chopped parsley
  • 1 EL Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 12 Stück Lasagna sheets
  • 150 g Grated cheese (e.g. Mozzarella)
  • 50 g Butter
  • 40 g Flour
  • 600 ml Milk

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Place 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onions and garlic

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Chop the vegetables

Place 600 g vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, zucchini, carrots) in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5.

Sauté vegetables and tomato paste

Add the chopped vegetables and 2 tbsp tomato paste and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add tomatoes and spices

Add 800 g peeled tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder, salt, and pepper and simmer for 5 min./100°C/speed 1.

Prepare béchamel sauce

Place 50 g butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./50°C/speed 1. Add 40 g flour and stir for 1 min./90°C/speed 3. Slowly add 600 ml milk through the lid opening and simmer for 5 min./90°C/speed 3 until a creamy sauce forms. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer and bake lasagna

Preheat oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Layer the lasagna as follows: vegetable sauce, then alternating layers of lasagna sheets, vegetable sauce, and béchamel sauce, ending with the sauce. Sprinkle with 150 g grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
