Description

“Leek vegetables with potatoes” relies on raclette potatoes, leek, garlic cloves, butter, salt for a harmonious aroma. The dish is ready to serve in about 30 minutes.   • 800 g Raclette potatoes
  • 400 g Leek
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 1 TL Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 150 ml Water
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 150 g Bacon in slices

Preparation:

Halve the potatoes with their skin. Cut the leek into approx. 1 cm thick slices, wash. Peel the garlic, cut into fine slices. Let the butter get warm in a wide pan. Leek and garlic approx. Steam for 2 minutes. Add potatoes. Briefly steam, season. Pour in water and cream, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently for approx. 20 minutes. Fry the bacon in portions in a wide coated frying pan without fat until crispy. Remove, drain on kitchen paper. Arrange leek vegetables with the potatoes , spread bacon on top.
