Description
This chocolate cream liqueur from the Thermomix® is a creamy drink with whole milk chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and a shot of espresso. Refined with cream and whiskey, it is ready in just 10 minutes. The recipe makes one serving and is ideal as a gift idea, for parties or as a Christmas treat. A quick and easy dessert for lovers of chocolate and liqueur.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

100 g Whole milk chocolate

200 g sweetened condensed milk

4 EL Espresso

400 g Condensed milk 7.5% or 10%

150 g Cream
-
350 g Whiskey
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop chocolate
Put chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 6 sec./level 8. Push down with the spatula.
Melt chocolate
Melt chocolate for 2 min./50°C/level 2.
Add and heat sweetened condensed milk
Add sweetened condensed milk and heat for 2 min./50°C/level 2.
Add espresso, condensed milk and cream
Add espresso, condensed milk and cream and stir for 20 sec./level 3.
Add whiskey
Add whiskey and stir for 10 sec./level 3.
