Description
With the Thermomix® you can make a refreshing lemon lemonade from organic lemons, water, sugar and mineral water in no time at all. The vegan drink is prepared in just 21 minutes and yields one serving. Ideal for hot summer days or as a quick refreshment in between. Perfect for anyone who loves a simple and homemade lemonade.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

75 g Sugar

750 ml Mineral water
Preparation (3 steps)
Prepare lemons
Wash 2 organic lemons with hot water and rub off the peel with a vegetable peeler. Halve the lemons and squeeze out the juice. Put the grated lemon zest into the mixing bowl.
Cook lemon syrup
Add 50 ml water and 75 g sugar to the lemon zest in the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./100°C/speed 2 until the sugar has dissolved. Let the syrup cool for 15 minutes.
Mix lemonade
Add the lemon juice to the cooled syrup in the mixing bowl. Slowly add 750 ml mineral water and stir for 10 sec./speed 2.
