Description

This hearty liver cheese pan is a savory main course that is quick and easy to prepare. With fresh vegetables such as peppers, onions and celery, refined with cream and spices, it is ideal for a quick lunch or dinner. Preparation takes about 30 minutes and is enough for 4 servings. Perfect for those who like it uncomplicated and tasty.

  • 500 g Liver cheese
  • 250 g Onions
  • 1 Stück red peppers
  • 1 Stange Celery
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 40 g Oil
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • nach Geschmack Paprika powder

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop onions and garlic

Put 250g onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Then add 2 cloves of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Sauté onions and garlic

Add 40g oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add peppers and celery

Add 1 red pepper (approx. 150g) and 1 stalk of celery (approx. 50g), cut into pieces, to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4.

Sauté vegetables

Sauté the chopped vegetables for another 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Fry liver cheese

Cut 500g liver cheese into slices and fry in a separate pan with some oil until lightly browned.

Prepare sauce

Add 200ml vegetable broth, 100ml cream, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder to taste to the mixing bowl. Cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 2.

Add liver cheese

Add the fried liver cheese to the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1. Carefully fold in with the spatula.
