Description

This Thermomix® recipe for chocolate cakes with vanilla cream is an ideal dessert or finger food for parties and the winter season. The main ingredients are margarine, sugar, eggs, flour and baking cocoa. With the Thermomix®, the preparation is quick and easy. The baking time is 50 minutes and yields 24 servings. Perfect for those looking for a sweet treat.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 175 g Margarine
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Prise Iodized salt
  • 1 TL Cardamom (ground)
  • 50 g Baking cocoa
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar

Preparation (11 steps)

Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets

Preheat the oven to 190 °C (convection: 170 °C). Line two baking sheets with baking paper and set aside.

Beat margarine and sugar

Put 175 g margarine and 150 g sugar in the mixing bowl and beat for 2 min./speed 4 until a light, frothy mixture is formed.

Add eggs

30 sec/keine/Speed 3

Add 2 eggs and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Mix dry ingredients

Thoroughly mix 250 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of iodized salt, 1 tsp cardamom and 50 g baking cocoa in a separate bowl.

Mix dry and liquid ingredients

Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl alternately with 100 ml milk and stir in for 1 min./speed 3. If necessary, use the spatula to push down from the edge.

Place dough on baking sheets

Spoon the dough onto the prepared baking sheets with sufficient space in between (about 24 cakes). Do not press flat.

Bake cakes

Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake the cakes for approx. 10 minutes. Then let cool on the baking sheet.

Stir cream cheese and powdered sugar

Put 200 g cream cheese and 50 g powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 3 until a smooth cream is formed.

Whip Cremefine

2 min/keine/Speed 3.5

Add 250 ml Cremefine and 1 packet of vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl. Insert the butterfly and whip until stiff for 2 min./speed 3.5. Remove butterfly.

Fold in cream

Carefully fold the whipped Cremefine into the cream cheese cream in portions using a spatula. First beat in one portion thoroughly, then carefully fold in the rest.

Pipe on cream and assemble

Fill the cream into a piping bag or a simple foil bag with a cut-off corner. Pipe small dabs of cream onto the flat underside of half of the cakes. Cover with a second cake - and the chocolate cakes with vanilla cream are ready.
