Description

A first course that smells of the sea and spring! Maltagliati with cuttlefish and artichokes are an explosion of Mediterranean flavors. Buckwheat pasta, with its rustic taste, blends perfectly with the delicacy of the cuttlefish and the slightly bitter taste of the artichokes. A simple dish to prepare, but with great effect, perfect for a dinner with friends or a family lunch. I love it because it is quick and tasty, and can also be prepared at the last minute. A real comfort food!

  • 400 g Cuttlefish
  • 4 piece Artichokes
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 40 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
