Description

This Thermomix® yeast dough with butter, milk, sugar, eggs, salt, dry yeast and flour is the basis for cakes, Hanklich or sweet snails. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes 140 minutes including resting time, the active working time is about 20 minutes. The recipe is ideal for anyone who wants to prepare an easy yeast dough for sweet pastries. Suitable as a dessert or cake for the whole family. Category: Cakes.

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 EL Sugar
  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Packung Dry yeast
  • 500 g Flour

Melt butter.

Knead dough

Put melted butter, milk, sugar, eggs, salt and yeast into the mixing bowl. Mix for 2 min./37°C/speed 2. Add flour and knead for 3 min./kneading setting.

Let the dough rise

Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for about 2 hours at 37°C until it has increased significantly in size.

Baking

Process the dough as desired (apple pie, Hanklich, snails) and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat. The baking time varies depending on the pastry.
