Description

This melting chocolate and mascarpone is a real treat! I often prepare it for birthdays or end of year celebrations. The mascarpone brings incredible smoothness and the dark chocolate an intense flavor. The preparation is quick and easy with the Thermomix®, and baking takes only a few minutes. The result is a wonderfully melting cake, perfect for chocolate lovers. Feel free to accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for even more indulgence! A real treat for the taste buds.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 4 piece eggs
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 40 g flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 150 g baker's dark chocolate

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Melt the chocolate and mascarpone

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Put 150 g of baker's dark chocolate and 150 g of mascarpone in the Thermomix bowl. Melt for 5 Min./50°C/Stufe 2.

Mix the eggs, sugar and salt

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Speed 4

Add 4 eggs, 90 g of sugar and 1 pinch of fine salt in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 3 Min./Stufe 4.

Incorporate the flour

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 40 g of flour in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 3.

Add the chocolate/mascarpone mixture

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 3

Add the melted chocolate/mascarpone mixture in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 3.

Pour the dough into the mold

Pour the homogeneous dough into a cake tin lined with baking paper.

Bake

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, while carefully monitoring the cooking as it may vary depending on the ovens. The center will still be very shaky and undercooked. Let cool in the mold.
