Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 125 g Margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0.5 Päckchen Baking powder
  • 200 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g Grated chocolate
  • 0.75 Stück Rum-Back (to taste)
  • 1 EL Water
  • 1 Stück Chocolate glaze or couverture (bittersweet)
  • 1 Stück Grated almonds

Preparation (8 steps)

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar

Place margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3 until fluffy.

Mix in eggs

Add eggs and mix for 30 sec./speed 3.

Mix and add flour and baking powder

Mix flour and baking powder, sift into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 3. Use a spatula to loosen everything from the edge.

Add remaining ingredients

Add ground hazelnuts, finely chopped candied lemon peel, grated chocolate and Rum-Back to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 3. Use a spatula to loosen everything from the edge.

Check dough consistency and add water if necessary

If the dough is too firm, add 1 tbsp of water and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Fill baking molds

Place baking molds next to each other on a baking sheet and fill the molds well halfway with dough. Place a hazelnut in the middle.

Bake

Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 170-180°C (gas mark 3) for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish tartlets

After baking, let the tartlets cool. Dissolve couverture or ready-made chocolate glaze in a hot water bath. Brush the tartlets with it, leaving out the hazelnut (do not brush). Immediately sprinkle the tartlets with chopped almonds around the hazelnut.
