  • 0.5 piece tonka bean
  • 400 g silken tofu
  • 1 knife tip milk
  • 200 g dessert chocolate

Put the dessert chocolate in the Thermomix bowl and grate for 10 Sec./Stufe 8. Transfer and set aside.

Pour the mousse into individual ramekins. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Garnish with colored sprinkles before serving.
