Description
This Thermomix® recipe for colorful rainbow muffins is a vibrant eye-catcher for any party. The main ingredients are sugar, eggs, oil, milk and flour. With a preparation time of 50 minutes, 12 juicy muffins are created. Ideal for children's birthdays or as a sweet dessert for the whole family.

2 TL Baking powder

5 verschiedene Food colors
Preparation (6 steps)
Whisk sugar and eggs
Put sugar and eggs in the mixing bowl and whisk until frothy. 3 Min./level 4
Add oil and milk
Add oil and milk and mix. 20 sec./level 3
Mix flour and baking powder
Mix flour and baking powder and add to the mixing bowl. 30 sec./level 3
Divide and color dough
Divide the dough into 5 bowls and color with the food colors.
Fill muffins
Fill the muffin cases with the different colored doughs.
Bake muffins
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
